My journey with yoga began as a way to discover myself on a deeper level and find inner balance. This journey has led me through many facets of life - both internally and externally. I feel particularly deeply connected to alternative healing methods and shamanism, which I was able to get to know on my travels to South America. These experiences have deepened my understanding of holistic well-being.

Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked as a physiotherapist. But over time, I became more and more aware that traditional physiotherapy often only treats symptoms without seeing the person as a whole - their mind, their soul, their diet, their lifestyle. I realized that true well-being consists in nourishing the body, mind and heart equally. My goal is to support you in developing your full potential and finding inner balance.
