Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga:
These two traditional forms of yoga originate from ancient Indian yoga culture and offer a powerful way to strengthen your body and mind. Vinyasa yoga is a flowing practice that synchronizes movement and breath to create a dynamic, meditative experience. Hatha yoga, one of the oldest known yoga traditions, emphasizes physical alignment and posture to promote stability and inner balance. Both practices are rooted in the ancient philosophy of yoga, whose goal is to bring people into harmony with themselves and the world. Through this practice, you connect not only with your physical body, but also with your breath, your mind and your inner strength - in the tradition of the millennia-old yoga teachings.

Kundalini Kriya:
Kundalini Kriya is a powerful practice that uses breathing techniques, specific kriyas and meditation to awaken the dormant energy (Shakti) at the base of the spine. This energy, which is considered the feminine, creative force in ancient Indian scriptures, strives to unite with the masculine energy (Shiva), which represents pure consciousness. The practice is about bringing these two energies into balance, thus promoting inner clarity, spiritual growth and transformation. Kundalini Kriya enables you to release blockages and release your life energy while bringing body, mind and soul into harmony.
Yin Yoga & Sound Healing
Yin yoga is a practice of letting go, where you stay in deep, passive postures for a long time to stretch the underlying connective tissue and get the life energy (prana) flowing again. This practice is rooted in the principles of Daoism and the Indian yoga tradition and allows tensions and blockages to be released on a physical and energetic level. Sound healing, often performed with singing bowls and other healing sounds, enhances this practice by putting the body into a deep state of relaxation, and the vibrations of the sounds help to reduce stress and promote inner balance. This combination is a wonderful way to find inner peace and delve deeper into your personal practice.

Meditation & Pranayama

Pranayama, the art of breathing, is a millennia-old practice described in the Indian yoga scriptures. Through conscious breath control, you can direct your life energy (prana) and calm your mind. Meditation is an integral part of yoga and helps you to calm the constant noise of the mind and establish a deep connection with your inner self. Both practices are tools for finding clarity and inner peace. Through them, you learn to live in the moment, connect with your breath and center your mind. These techniques are not only powerful tools for managing stress, but also open the way to deeper consciousness and self-awareness.
ceremonies & rituals
In my ceremonies and rituals, I combine ancient traditions with modern approaches to accompany you on your path of self-development. I feel particularly deeply connected to the cacao ceremonies that I learned about in Colombia. In the shamanic tradition, cacao is considered a heart-opening agent that creates space for deeper insights and inner transformation. Through the connection to the elements - earth, water, air, fire and ether - we create rituals together that connect you more deeply with nature and your inner self.
Additionally, I offer full moon and new moon ceremonies that focus specifically on the cyclical connection of the moon and its significance for women. These rituals honor the power of the moon and encourage deep reflection and realignment in harmony with the natural cycles.

We have had the pleasure of experiencing Anabel as a yoga teacher in several sessions and as a gentle guide in an intimate cacao ceremony.
The ceremony was a wonderful experience to share with a close one. Anabel created such a warm and welcoming environment with her positive and light energy, allowing us a comfortable and organic space to open up and experience each other on a deeper level.
She puts a lot of love in setting the scene and the cacao itself was fatastic! Must try experience for close friends or couples!
